Online Education Platform is a premium test-preparation institution that built its reputation on small-batch, face-to-face coaching. When the pandemic forced remote learning, they stitched together Zoom, WhatsApp groups, and Google Forms — a functional but deeply fragile solution that 40% of students said negatively impacted their learning outcomes. The leadership team recognised the market opportunity: if they could deliver the quality of their in-person experience online, they could grow from 6,000 annual students to 100,000 without the constraint of physical classrooms. What Problem Were We Solving?
Online Education Platform's existing digital tools had no shared student identity — a student's assignment submission, live class attendance, test scores, and payment history each lived in a separate system. How We Delivered Results
